With the "Halo 5: Guardians" expected to be released by the end of the month, there are still a lot of things that fans and gamers need to know about this upcoming installment.

According to GottaBeMobile, gamers can expect that there will still be pre-orders offered by retailers such as Best Buy and GameStop.

It also noted that Microsoft has also teased the release of the game by allowing people "to actually become Spartan 117 and Spartan Locke this Friday - provided they have Minecraft."

GottaBeMobile explained that the company introduced an update for the Halo content pack costing $3.99 "for Minecraft that adds in Master Chief, Spartan Locke and more on Xbox Wire this week."

In a similar report, Independent noted that for the release of the game on Oct. 27, gamers will have to download first the 9GB day one patch prior to the multiplayer mode can run properly.

"Those without the patch won't even be able to play multiplayer at all until it's downloaded, in yet another case of a blockbuster game needing a patch on the day of launch," added the same report.

On his Twitter account, Halo 5 Guardians studio director Josh Holmes explained that there will also be a patch on Twitter which will contain "map content"

For those curious of the download speed, Independent said a broadband speed of 23Mbit/s can download the patch in about an hour at a steady rate.

"However, this is mostly due to the rise of superfast broadband - if you've got a slower connection, you'll have to wait hours before you can play Halo 5 the way it was meant to be played," explained the same report.

Earlier, Gamespot said Halo game developer 343 Industries will track gaming behaviors such as quitting matches, excessive disconnects, idling, betrayals or team killing and intentional suicides.

343 Industries added that this move was a way "to maintain the quality of the Arena experience and sanctity of competition, a number of rules are in place for all Arena playlists."

"If you repeatedly engage in negative behaviors such as the ones listed above, you will receive a ban and be prevented from entering matchmaking," added the game developer.

Each ban for the player will depend on the type of offense and should expected to be harsher with repetition of rules violation.

Aside from this, 343 Industries also noted that player cannot join an Arena match when it is already in progress.

Expected be available on Oct. 27, the "Halo 5: Guardians will be exclusively released on the Xbox One.
