Pope Francis is releasing a pop-rock album titled "Wake Up!" in November.

Rolling Stone reported that the Vatican approved the LP, which was made in collaboration with Believe Digital. The record showcases the pontiff "delivering sacred hymns and excerpts of his most moving speeches in multiple languages paired with uplifting musical accompaniment ranging from pop-rock to Gregorian chant," the news outlet wrote.

"Wake Up" will be released on Nov. 27 and can be pre-ordered on iTunes now. It will also come with an instant download of the lead-off song "Wake Up! Go! Go! Forward!," which features the pope speaking to a South Korean audience in English in 2014. The track, which was composed by musician Tony Pagliuca, has "atmospheric synths, trumpeting horns and skyscraping electric guitars" that bear close resemblance to rock band God Speed You! Black Emperor's style.

"For many years, I've been the producer and the artistic director of albums by the Pope. I had the honor to work with John Paul II, Benedict XVI and now Pope Francis," "Wake Up!" producer and artistic director Don Giulio Neroni told Rolling Stone. "As in the past, for this album too, I tried to be strongly faithful to the pastoral and personality of Pope Francis: the Pope of dialogue, open doors, hospitality. For this reason, the voice of Pope Francis in 'Wake Up!' dialogues music. And contemporary music (rock, pop, Latin etc.) dialogues with the Christian tradition of sacred hymns."

In the album, Pope Francis communicates with the listeners in Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Over 11 tracks tackled global issues such as the environment, peace, dignity, and helping people in need, Rolling Stone wrote.

Pagliuca said that contributing to Pope Francis' album was a privilege. "Putting my music in the service of the words and the voice of Pope Francis has been a fantastic experience and a very interesting artistic challenge," he shared, as quoted by Rolling Stone.
