"Red Dead Redemption" is over five years old, and it looks like fans who played the first installment of the game might seeing the second installment of the game on the Xbox One and the PS 4. Players will find themselves joining an online community of players and blast away at each other while enjoying a game of poker.

The previous installment of the game shows that John Marston is dead and that gamers will be playing as his son, Jack. Rumors of "Red Dead Redemption 2" being a prequel have circulated since news of a new installment first came out.  According to Movie Pilot, the game's release date might be sooner than what was earlier speculated. 

Taking a cue from GTA 5, the Western game seeks to adopt changes to its gameplay based on the chief complaints of GTA 5 and GTA 5 Online.Grand Theft Auto 5 has suffered from one chief complaint-hackers. While Rockstar has tried to fix this issue, it has become a struggle for developers to entirely crack down on the issue.

In a previous post by The Latino Post, "Red Redemption 2" might be seeing a 2016 release date. The game will most likely feature multiple protagonists, taking a cue from GTA 5's character switching feature. The gameplay would most likely explore Marston's shady dealings with Bill Williamson and Dutch van der Linde. This feature would certainly play a vital role in the world of the Wild West. The world of Red Dead 2 will see some ambient challenges with mini-games and shootouts, as well as an exploration of the rough terrain. The world will be much like a real-life Wild West for gamers, which will be one beautifully crafted masterpiece, as opposed to the almost lifeless landscape the first installment brought.

Customization also plays a key role in the success of any game. The second installment of Red Redemption 2 will come with an arsenal of authentic weaponry and equipment to up the ante. Following the success of "The Witcher 3" Red Redemption 2 will follow a non-linear storyline with the player being allowed to make some tough decisions that would make an effect on their journey while on the rough roads of the wide frontier.

Glitches were aplenty in Red Dead Redemption, so Red Dead Redemption 2 will see improvement in the gameplay. The game should be released in October 2016 and a new working title will be in the works.
