Did supermodel Gisele Bündchen turn down a man seeking for an autograph?

The Brazilian beauty, who recently retired from the runway last Wednesday, was headed into LAX airport when a bespectacled man approached her and asked for the model's autograph.

Armed with a Sharpie pen and a printed out photo of Bündchen in a bikini, the fan looked hopeful in getting the 34-year-old stunner's signature. Bündchen, however, just took one glance at the man and continued on her way to the airport, Daily Mail reported. The mother of two didn't offer a smile either.

According to the news outlet, the wife of NFL's Tom Brady appeared to be in a rush when she bumped into the waiting fan, "perhaps late for a flight back to Boston where she resides with her football star spouse."

It is unknown whether the man who approached Bündchen was a fan or a professional autograph seeker, Daily Mail noted. Some people who commented on the news outlet's article insisted that the supermodel signed the man's photo later on in the video.

Before being spotted at the LAX airport, the model graced the Just Label It campaign launch as a support for mandatory GMO labeling held at Cliff's Edge, the news outlet reported.

Bündchen walked her final runway show for esteemed luxury label Colcci at the São Paulo Fashion Week in her native country of Brazil, E! News noted. After her last catwalk appearance, the world's highest paid supermodel thanked her fans for support via Instagram. She wrote: "I want to thank all my fans from all over the world and also everyone who left kind, loving and supportive messages. I am deeply touched. I love you all, thank you for making this day even more special."

As for the reason behind Bündchen's retirement from her two-decade-long catwalk career, she revealed that it's because her body asked her to stop.

"I respect my body, it's a privilege to be able to stop runway work," she told the Brazilian newspaper Folha de São Paulo, Yahoo! News quoted.

However, she insisted that she has other plans for her modeling career even though she chose to end her catwalk life. A statement published on Boston Herald from Bündchen's representatives also added that the supermodel will give more time for her number one priority: her family.

Anne Nelson, Bündchen's agent since 1998, first at Elite and then at IMG from 1999 onwards, said that the model doesn't want to do catwalk shows anymore, but said that she "would consider every opportunity in the future" and that "the runway would not be ruled out," The New York Times reported. Bündchen is also set to release a coffee table book chronicling her stellar modeling career.
