There have been different interpretations of the friendly neighborhood superhero as it switched from one director to another, but either way, Sam Raimi's and Marc Webb's version came with Spider-Man in a red and blue suit.

However, with the revamp, scheduled for the hero --- his involvement in Marvel's Cinematic Universe and younger persona, for instance --- will also include a change of costume, which, as Cinema Blend noted, will be a challenge for the studio considering how popular previous designs were.

It's a challenge that the company was more than willing to take on because, even though they haven't found their Spidey yet, it seems that they already have the superhero's costume ready.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige discussed the new Spider-Man in an interview with Crave Online, where he noted that he appreciated what has been done in the past. He said, "I was more involved in the Raimi ones, and think they did a very good job. But that being said, we've already designed the costume, which is different than any of the ones that have come before. And yet ours is classic Spidey, as I think you'll see."

Of course, Marvel will have to match their Spidey costumes with that of Raimi's and Webb's, whose interpretations were very much appreciated by fans, but as Cinema Blend noted, Marvel has not failed to surprise their fans as far as the MCU is concerned.

While it has been noted that Spider-Man will not have his standalone film until 2017, he will most likely be appearing in "Captain America: Civil War," which is said to introduce the new version of Peter Parker. Whether or not he will have his superhero powers still remains a mystery because, as BBC wrote, this revamped version will show Peter Parker as a teenager in his high-school years.

Feige said in another interview, with Collider, this time, that "So many things have not been done yet from the comics. The most obvious being the 'young, doesn't quite fit in' kid before his powers."

He went on to say, "In some of my favourite Spider-Man arcs and Spider-Man stories, he's in high school for a lot of it. We want to explore that. That also makes him very, very different from any of our other characters in the MCU, which is something else we want to explore: how unique he is when now put against all these other characters."

What do you think of Marvel's plan for the Spider-Man reboot? Do you have a new actor in mind to play the part?
