"American Horror Story: Hotel" has brought back one of the series' past cast members and she will be joining Lady Gaga, Matt Bomer, Wes Bentley, and Cheyenne Jackson in the upcoming episodes.

Creator Ryan Murphy announced via Twitter: "Very excited to announce that Chloe Sevigny returns to the AHS family as a series regular on AHS: Hotel."

Sevigny, according to E! News, was a recurring character in the second season of AHS. She was a patient at Briarcliff named Shelley, who was experimented on by James Cromwell's Dr. Arden. Her other projects include credits on "Bloodline," "The Mindy Project," "Those who Kill," "Portlandia," and "Hit & Miss."

Meanwhile, Jessica Lange, who had been with the AHS team since the beginning of the season, confirmed that "Freak Show" is her last, and she's definitely not going to be back for "Hotel."

"We've had a great run here. I have absolutely loved doing these four characters that I've had the opportunity to play. In all the madness, I've loved the writers, my actors, Ryan and the whole, I mean, insanity of it, shooting here, shooting in New Orleans, the stories, everything," the actress told the audience during the AHS panel at PaleyFest.

And while fans are excited about Lady Gaga's stint at the horror anthology series, Lange can't seem to find the right words to say about the singer who will be appearing .

When a moderator from the AHS panel discussion at the PaleyFest asked her, "Does Gaga convince you to stay for another season?," she answered, somewhat confused, "What does that mean? I don't understand the question."

She did not explain any further, opting instead to laugh and roll her head. Watch video here.

But while Gaga, Bentley, Jackson and Sevigny have all been confirmed for the fifth season, other members of the main cast from the previous seasons have not said anything about rejoining the cast, although according to GameNGuide, many of them expressed interest in returning for the fifth season.

Evan Peters, Michael Chiklis, Finn Wittrock, Sarah Paulson, Dennis O'Hare, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Jamie Brewer, Naomi Grossman, Kathy Bates, and Connie Britton have reportedly expressed their willingness to return, Us Weekly noted.

"I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I sure would love to work with Lady Gaga and I'm gonna miss Jessica [Lange] so. I'd like to move on and be a part of the new crew. I hope they announce it soon," Bates told Us Weekly.

Emma Roberts, however, is involved in another Ryan Murphy project called "Scream Queens," ET online reported in January, acting alongside another Murphy regular, Lea Michele from "Glee."

"American Horror Story: Hotel" is expected to air on FX in October.
