Ryan Murphy's "Glee" will wrap up its six-season run on Friday with a trip down memory lane.

With original cast member Cory Monteith's death in 2013, "Glee," according to Entertainment Weekly, will use some footage with the late actor integrated into the finale. After the series wrapped up, Lea Michele, who was Monteith's on-and-off-screen girlfriend, said that the entire cast cried together. She told the website, "That was the day I fell to my knees and cried. I literally had to call my mother to come."

But while the musical dramedy is closing, it's just the beginning of the cast's career, with "Glee" paving their way to stardom, and they are excited to where their new directions will take them.

The Hollywood Reporter compiled a list of their future projects. Check it out:

Lea Michele - The diva of the group will still be working with Ryan Murphy on Fox and co-starring in a role on the network's new horror comedy anthology, "Scream Queens". She told The Hollywood Reporter about her new role, "You will not recognize me, or Rachel or anybody in [the show's central town] Hester; it is a whollllllle different story there," Michele told THR, noting that the role would not be musical. "We're giving my voice a break, no singing on TV anymore."

Chris Colfer - While Lea will still be seen on TV, Chris is taking more of a literary career. The 24-year-old author and producer signed a five-book deal last year for "The Land of Stories," the fourth and fifth books due to be released on July 2015 and July 2016. He is also set to write two picture books based on "The Land of Stories," and two companion books that will be included in next year's holiday box set.

Jenna Ushkowitz - Following Colfer's footsteps in taking the backstage, Ushkowitz went from being the stuttering Tina to being an executive producer to a feature called "Twinsters," which premiered at the SXSW.

Darren Criss - After his stint on "Glee", his new direction points him back to Broadway, taking on the lead role for "Hedwig and the Angry Inch."

Matthew Morrison - Like Criss, Morrison is returning to the theater for "Finding Neverland."

Amber Riley - While many others are moving on to different things, Riley is bringing her "Glee" character Mercedes Jones to life as she has been taking voice lessons and trying to find her niche. She shared, "I'm doing my album, and hopefully people will hear it this summer."

Are you sad that the series is at its end?
