Official news is scarce regarding Apple's iPhone 7, so the rumor mill has been cranking out stories instead, one of which is about a concept art that shows interested consumers a rendering or what the iPhone 7 might look like, Gotta Be Mobile reported.

The iPhone 6 has been released and rumors of the iPhone 6s are already popping up, so who knows what Apple's next generation model, dubbed the iPhone 7, is going to look like. However, thanks to designer Yasser Farahi from OvalPicture, people might get an idea of what they're going to get from Apple.

The designer released several concept arts on the iPhone 7, which was designed similar to the iPhone 6. However, his design shows a thinner smartphone with a larger screen, thanks to a thinner bezel. Another concept art shows the possibility of wireless charging, a feature that's rumored to be appearing on the iPhone for quite some time now.

Farahi also showed the iPhone 7 in several colors: Wine, Space Gray, Gold, Copper and Silver.

As for the specs, Farahi imagined the phone as weighing 144 grams, is 6.1 mm thin and has a sapphire display with a screen size of 4.7 inches at 1920x1880 resolution, according to Business Insider. It comes with 5GB of RAM and an internal memory of 32GB, 64GB and 128 GB.

It also operates on an Apple 10 chip with an Apple Taptic Engine that has the capability to recognize and learn the way the user interacts with their iPhones. It also has a 12MP camera with optimal image stabilization that also comes with Dynamic Lens technology, meaning it only protrudes or sticks out when it is being used, Business Insider added.

The volume buttons have also been moved to the right side of the phone for better reach and ease of use. There is also an extra speaker on top of the phone.

Farahi also imagined that the next iPhone will come with rounded icons and folders and that the wireless charging capability was possible via a dock that the phone is placed on top of.

Apple usually does not confirm any rumors, but Farahi claimed that his idea came from his desire to design a phone that he would love to hold in his hand, according to Value Walk.

As for when consumers will actually get their hands on the rumored iPhone 7, PC Advisor cited experts who claimed that Apple may likely launch the iPhone 6S this year with the iPhone 7 to follow next year. However, there are also claims that Apple's next flagship will come out this year, with one coming out in June and the other sometime in September or October.

No pricing estimates have appeared for the iPhone 7 as of yet but we can already assume that it won't come cheap.
