RAM and Processor: It's been said that the Surface Pro 4 will run on an Intel Core M CPU with a boost in GB memory, especially compared to the Surface Pro 3's 8GB. It's also said to come with the Broadwell chip instead of its predecessors Haswell processor, according to The Fuse Joplin.

Given the rumored specs, as well as the $799 price tag of the Surface Pro 3, consumers could be looking at a price of around $1000 to $2000 for the Surface Pro 4, according to Realty Today. However, Microsoft did promise that the Surface Pro 4 will have a cheaper price, so it remains to be seen how they'll set the price tag, according to Design and Trend.
